Low progesterone can cause lots of yucky symptoms like depression, anxiety, recurrent miscarriage, irregular cycles and more. The best way to boost progesterone is to take a progesterone suppository prescribed from your doctor, but if you want to do something a little extra to help it along, consider adding more of these foods to your diet! :)

One of my favorite meals is broccoli cheddar chicken!
